Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Ships in 1-6 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 5-10 business days unless we have otherwise discussed. If there are any extended delays, I will let you know as soon as I know. 

Ground shipping in the US typically takes ~5-7 business days.

Tracking and Order Status

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with your tracking number so that you can be notified of the estimated delivery date and keep track of its progress.

Novel Blossoms Co is not responsible for lost or delayed items due to problems or set-backs by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or any other postal company. However, we insure all packages and might be able to claim any lost packages 20 days after shipping for domestic destinations, and 40 days after shipping for international destinations. 

Novel Blossoms Co is not responsible for lost or delayed items if the name, address or zip code is incorrectly submitted at checkout, nor will these mistakes be covered by the shipping insurance. Please double check your address before ordering. However, if a problem does arise, please email us ASAP at novelblossomsco@gmail.com and we'll try our best to correct it.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rate is a $5 Flat Rate per order (for US Ground Shipping).

Orders over $75 receive Free Shipping.

Expedited Shipping options are available and can be calculated at checkout (determined by size and weight of package).

Import Tax and Customs

Buyers are responsible for any import or customs taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and have no control over them.

EU Customers

We do offer shipping to EU buyers, but BE AWARE that VAT will not be collected when you make purchases on this website; EU customers will be charged upon delivery of the goods by the carrier. In addition to that, shipments could be stopped at the border for evaluation checks that may result in delivery delays and/or additional VAT assessments.

If you place an order via novelblossomsco.com, we will not be responsible for VAT payments or long delays due to extended processing of your order at your country customs office.
